Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Specialist to join our team at Harrison Energy Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining control systems infrastructure software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement control systems infrastructure software and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow blueprints and engineering specifications to install, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems infrastructure software and equipment.
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering diagnostic data, and coordinating on-site work.
  • Maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and/or damage.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration, and maintain files.
  • Record parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, related associate's degree, or equivalent from a technical/trade school, or 2 years of related experience in construction and/or low voltage installation, IT, and TCP/IP experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years of HVAC controls experience.
  • State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tridium experience.
Software Skills

Basic, intermediate, or advanced skills in specialty software.

Communication Skills

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form, and respond to questions in person-to-person, small group, and public situations with customers and other employees.

Position requires frequent auto travel, including hazardous weather conditions and other inherent traffic hazards. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
