Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Leader to lead our day-to-day financial operations and plan our financial strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team
  • Analyze complex financial data and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and management role, preferably in a health care/long term care setting
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights to senior management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required
  • Experience managing a finance and accounting team, with a focus on talent development and team building
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
