We are in search of a seasoned Vice President of Finance (CFO) within the Property Management sector to spearhead our financial operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience of 10+ years in Financial Leadership roles specifically within the Property Management sector is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that foster business growth and profitability.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, with the capability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to serve as a Strategic Business Partner to the CEO.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to transparency and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and ERP Financial software is required; familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.
