Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and management roles, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
