Responsibilities:
The Assistant Vice President of Finance will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This function reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and management role preferably in a health care/long term care setting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Experience managing a finance and accounting team, with a focus on talent development and team building.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
