Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our community, overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and financial management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer-oriented leadership, with a passion for hospitality and service in elderly care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct the day-to-day business operations of the community
  • Manage community budget, including labor standards and community-level expenses
  • Lead a team of health care, hospitality, and business team members
  • Develop and implement streamlined and consistent processes across the enterprise
  • Ensure revenue and occupancy goals are achieved
  • Support the Director of Health and Wellbeing in financial, human resources, and customer service areas
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an Assisted Living Director in the state of Minnesota, or ability to obtain required
  • Bachelor's degree in health care, hospitality services, finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years' of relevant experience in customer-oriented leadership
  • Previous experience in senior services preferred
