Job Overview

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

TriMark Digital is on the lookout for a Lead Content Creator who will be responsible for producing captivating and optimized content that attracts potential clients for prominent local enterprises. You will work alongside a skilled team of strategists, designers, and fellow writers to generate content across multiple platforms that engages users and encourages action. Your role will also involve conducting audience analysis, brainstorming topics, and fostering creative ideas to provide the ideal experience for the appropriate audience at the right moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance high-quality content for diverse digital platforms, including blogs, social media, online advertisements, website text, email marketing, case studies, video scripts, and more.
  • Collaborate with account managers and content strategists to create and execute content that aligns with client goals and is optimized for search engines.
  • Review and refine content—including that produced by junior writers—for clarity, precision, and compliance with brand standards. Ensure a consistent level of quality across all client outputs.
  • Assist Organic Search specialists with keyword analysis and follow SEO best practices to generate content that ranks well in search engines.
  • Work with specialists from other departments to guarantee unified messaging and consistency across all marketing channels and content placements.
  • Guide and mentor junior content writers, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their skills and produce exceptional content.
  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate key success metrics and make necessary adjustments to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of experience in content writing for a digital marketing agency within the last year.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven capacity to understand and adapt to various brand voices and industry-specific content needs.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently for over 10 client accounts in a dynamic environment.
  • Aspiring to evolve into a content strategist role, taking on greater responsibilities in strategy development and execution, including lead generation, audience engagement, and brand awareness initiatives that align with clients' business objectives.
