Proposal Senior Analyst Content Manager

Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is looking for a full-time Proposal Senior Analyst (Content Manager) who loves working with the Proposals team to support building value propositions with Sales. Our ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Library & Information Sciences, 2-3 years of content management for the Tech industry, and industry experience relevant to Proposals Management. If you have high-level Library Science skills and experience developing winning proposals or coordinating RFP responses, Qualtrics could be the place you've always dreamed of.

How You'll Find Success

You'll know you're doing a great job when our Proposals team can rely on you to uncover any technical information we may be lacking in our Proposals or overall understanding of a wealth of information to synthesize it for our user-base. You can write compelling work, have excellent organizational skills, can multi-task, and manage your time and project teams effectively. Successful candidates will display the following skills:
  • Mastery of each Qualtrics product's technical capabilities and value proposition
  • Can read between lines to draw deep, rich audience value messaging
  • Deep knowledge of select competitive landscape; locks out competitors when possible
  • Expert in adapting proposal management framework to produce extraordinary content to support the Global Proposals Team
  • Applies deadline discipline w/ min. tolerance; contingencies are rare
  • Keeps up-to-date on company releases, updates, etc.
  • Applies focused "call to action" w/ post-proposal next steps
  • Can manage/recruit resources across the company for successful content overhauls
  • Establishes and maintains regular content review cycles for library stacks
  • Can translate technical content into the tone and flow required for proposal usage and substantially simplify/shorten complex technical jargon
  • Understands and follows legal compliance process of all confidential content
  • Outlines persuasive content/section by from scratch or via massive overhauls/transformations of content from multiple sources

  • Ability to weave regional nuances into global assets when necessary
  • Ensures when new content is created in a proposal, that it is added to the library and is re-worded for blanket use-cases

Things You'll Do
  • Lead and/or run the proposal creation process for the responses Qualtrics develops in conjunction with RFPs and RFIs (requests for information) received
  • Develop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content that demonstrates the value of our Experience Management and Strategic Research offerings
  • Work with the proposal team to support the sales team with client-facing, written and visual communications
  • Consistently enforce Qualtrics brand messaging, including tone, style, and theme, within all content. Effectively demonstrate and implement the Qualtrics value proposition in all content and assets
  • Work diligently with internal subject matter experts to maintain the most up-to-date content and resources
  • Mentorship and leadership to junior content managers
  • Active participation in Global Proposals Leadership initiatives to provide insights that drive excellence in Proposal development


What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 2-3 years of content management for the Tech industry, and industry experience relevant to Proposals Management
  • High-level Library Science skills and experience developing winning proposals or coordinating RFP responses
  • Strong and documented mentorship and leadership experience
  • Expert Qualtrics technical and strategic knowledge
