About the Role

The Brand Building Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of Indie Consulting and its clients. This position requires a creative and analytical individual who can develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive web traffic and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in client brand development and refreshes, including the creation of brand style guides, tone of voice, and communications strategies.
  • Develop content strategies to build a strong digital presence for clients, including social media, website development, and SEO optimization.
  • Manage client social media channels across multiple platforms, creating engaging content and posting schedules to maximize web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to website development, changes, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing on influencer type, content type, and best practices, as well as campaign flighting and reporting.
  • Develop and implement content calendars for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand style guides and tone of voice.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries to build a strong online community.
  • Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
  • Assist in the strategy and execution of Indie Consulting's blog, including content calendar management, team deadline coordination, proofreading, editing, and content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO performance.
  • Research and discover current trends and suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, ensuring maximum effectiveness of social channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in creating digital content and social media management.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute high-quality, accurate, and consistent deliverables.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate in a virtual environment.
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, specifically Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva preferred.
  • Squarespace and WordPress experience preferred.
