Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic revenue initiatives to optimize our vast student housing portfolio. Your keen analytical mind and expertise in revenue management will enable you to drive growth, enhance profitability, and contribute significantly to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Delve into property performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity to pinpoint revenue expansion opportunitiesPartner closely with the operations team to refine pricing strategies and boost revenueCraft and present regular revenue reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and strategic suggestionsTrain and mentor site teams on revenue management best practices and toolsGuarantee strict adherence to company policies and applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, alongside at least 5 years of revenue management experience within the student housing or real estate industries. Your proficiency in revenue management software, combined with your analytical acumen, will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.
