Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Bonus opportunities up to 20% are available, and the job offers growth opportunities and an incredible team environment.
Job Description:
This individual contributor will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability from our student housing portfolio. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize income from student housing properties.
Responsibilities:
Analyze property performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growthWork closely with the operations team to ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and revenue targets are achievedPrepare and present regular revenue reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and strategic recommendationsProvide training and support to site teams on revenue management tools and best practicesEvaluate compliance with all company policies and applicable laws and regulationsRequirements:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the student housing or real estate industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in revenue management software, and a deep understanding of the student housing market are also essential.
