Revenue Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Sales Operations team as a Manager of Revenue Analytics & Insights at Netflix, a global leader in streaming services. This role will focus on empowering our sales teams with data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and enhance decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Product, to develop impactful analytics, uncover trends, and recommend strategies to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Raise awareness of revenue optimization opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of revenue forecasting processes and provide scenario analysis for annual and quarterly planning.
- Enhance data visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to analyze customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends.
This role requires 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations within a high-growth media/technology company. A strong analytical skillset, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential. You will also have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $70,000-$420,000 annually, based on your specific job family, background, skills, and experience. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
