Revenue Growth Manager

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Revenue Executive for our Student Housing division. This exciting role offers the chance to maximize revenue and profitability of our student housing portfolio by developing and implementing comprehensive revenue management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, with up to 20% bonus potential. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and revenue targets are achieved. Regular revenue reports will be prepared and presented to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and strategic recommendations. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is required, along with minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management.
