Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies across our North America Away From Home Channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Promotion Strategy Development - Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Business Analytics - Leverage your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Account Executive Support - Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Internal Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive trade efficiency, pre/post-event analysis, and business understanding.
  • Communication - Effectively communicate complex data and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience - Extensive experience applying analytical tools and frameworks to drive business growth.
  • Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Leadership - Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana, and CRM.
