Job Description:

Blackstone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Vice President of Global Advertising. This role will be responsible for managing the orchestration of advertising campaigns across our key audiences and regions in close partnership with creative agencies.

The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal point of contact between our company and creative partners, ensuring that all advertising efforts are cohesive, brand-aligned, and impactful. This role demands strategic planning, adept budget management, expert agency management skills, and a strong understanding of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of creative agencies of record to drive development of campaign creative from insight to idea to production.
  • Oversee creative agency scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and adjust campaign strategies for optimal performance.
  • Tight coordination and partnership with the media lead to ensure media and creative workstreams are in synch and delivering against plans.
  • Partnership with regional marketing leads to develop and drive successful campaigns in top-tier markets globally.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with creative agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and creative vision.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy or activation roles and/or agency experience for B2B, B2C, or complex markets/audiences.
  • Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and working with creative agencies.
  • Strong communication skills and creative visual storytelling skills; effectively collaborate with designers, marketing managers, executives to provide creative solutions and recommendations.
  • Expertise in creative agency management, budgeting, project management, and creative oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for fostering collaborative relationships.
