Role Requirements
We are seeking a Global Senior Vice President of Supply Chain to spearhead all supply-side initiatives for our Intelligent Marketplace division. This role involves overseeing teams dedicated to Business Development, Account Management, and Operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in a strategic area that significantly influences our global revenue.
As the SVP of Global Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and executing the Global Supply strategy aimed at increasing direct supply inventory and enhancing direct connection types (SDK, CTV, OB, TAM, and Prebid).
- Expanding our Publisher portfolio from hundreds to tens of thousands across various formats (CTV, mobile, in-app, video, web, display).
- Leading a growing global team of over 40 professionals in Business Development, Account Management, and Operations, with plans for expansion into new strategic markets.
- Utilizing personal relationships with global publishers to drive deal-making efforts.
- Managing rapid innovations and establishing new Account Management and Operational processes to accommodate a large customer base.
- Leveraging your prior experience to foster operational excellence across Business Development, Account Management, and Operations.
- Applying your knowledge of connection technologies (RTB, SDK, PreBid, VAST) and product strategies to guide your teams and cross-functional partners in execution.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, problem-solving, and timely delivery.
- Exploring long-term strategies that may involve both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a large Supply-Side Platform (SSP) leading Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams to scale direct publisher relationships globally.
- Ability to develop strategic plans over a 1-2 year horizon.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex situations with limited precedents, resulting in impactful solutions for the company.
- Proven track record of implementing new processes across the organization and securing buy-in from stakeholders.
- Capability to foresee business, market, and regulatory challenges, proposing enhancements to products, processes, and services.
- In-depth understanding of the supply-side marketplace ecosystem.
- Strong operational leadership skills, with a proactive approach to guiding teams.
