Sales Director

Privia Health is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our rapidly growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets in complex sales environments and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare organizations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or healthcare
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
