Lead with Purpose

As a Regional Manager at Precoa, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and individuals. With a strong background in sales and leadership, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring a talented team of funeral directors to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of funeral directors to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Field Management and funeral home partners to ensure alignment with Precoa's core values and mission.
  • Track performance metrics and share insights with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Funeral Director License preferred.
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one.
  • 2-5 years of successful industry experience.
  • 3+ years in a sales or sales management role.
  • Comfortability with and interest in traveling for work.
