Director of Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top home builders, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the home building industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering team to develop winning proposals and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Work with the policy team to optimize rebates and ensure clients are aware of all potential financial benefits.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, demonstrating exceptional drive and determination.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role.
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
