Job Summary

White Lodging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and training to front desk agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a hospitality or customer service environment.
