Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at White Lodging. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain front office standards, including cleanliness and organization
  • Facilitate high-powered preshifts and ensure daily procedures meet brand standards
  • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service and observe service behaviors
  • Ensure department delivers brand service standards and lives the WL Service Pledge
  • Understand the impact of departments operations on overall property financial goals and objectives
  • Supervise same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy
  • Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints
  • Take immediate actions on problems encountered in the hotel
Requirements
  • College degree required, minimum of 2 year degree
  • Experience in similar leadership role required
  • Strong knowledge of Front Desk operations
  • Ability to prioritize needs of guests
  • Strong communication skills
