Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the MICROS system, process daily transactions, and accurately check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
  • Guest Communication: Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel, answering questions, and assisting with needs.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate with Housekeeping and Engineering Departments regarding guest rooms, requests, and maintenance needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Calmly handle high-demand and/or upset guests, and efficiently process guest requests to the appropriate departments.
