About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experiential Marketing professional to lead our global trade show and events program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event project planning, tracking, and execution from kick-off call to post-show debrief.
  • Support and organize tradeshow participation, including sponsorships, booth space, demo logistics, team dinners, and post-show evaluations and reports.
  • Assist with global events budget tracking, including creating POs, vendor onboarding, and AP troubleshooting.
  • Direct logistics for other miscellaneous meetings, dinners, and symposiums.
  • Manage giveaways selection, ordering, and inventory with vendors.
  • Support the hotel block booking process and/or coordinate rooming lists with in-house travel teams.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to provide show briefs and promotion to sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event, tradeshow, and/or meeting planning.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Team player, willing to work collaboratively.
  • Soft skills required to communicate tasks, deliverables, and feedback to colleagues and vendors.
  • Analytic thinking skills to understand key metrics, derive insights, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to complications and come up with contingency plans.
  • Travel to events on-site as needed.
