Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research and analysis, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in clarifying and defining market potential of new product ideas in the NBD process.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and gain familiarity with market research to analyze viability of potential new programs.
  • Flesh out 1-2 market or product ideas into full-fledged business cases.

Requirements:
  • Business/Marketing Degree in progress; sophomore or above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
