Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Bioventus, we're committed to developing our people and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in promoting our products and driving business growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, website, search engines, and display advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns that support business goals
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and develop reports against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage social media content calendar and partner with the creative team for content creation
  • Monitor and engage with customers across multiple social media channels
  • Develop and send email campaigns to customers
  • Provide cross-functional collaboration to marketing, inside sales, creative, and other key internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and competitor trends in the digital space
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree required
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of marketing data analytics tools and strong analytics skills
