Position Overview:

Aquent is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to enhance our clients' Supplier, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations Technology team, focusing on the Central Invoicing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and expansion of the Central Invoicing Team.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure that invoicing is executed accurately and promptly.
  • Analyze time and material data related to all approved POs against their corresponding invoices. Identify, rectify, and communicate any inconsistencies to both business and finance teams.
  • Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to confirm proper coding and alignment of information prior to submission.
  • Document Central Invoicing Team processes and methodologies, and provide insights to establish new procedures as necessary.
  • Support leadership by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Engage with team members and cross-functional partners at all organizational levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP and Coupa.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with others to set objectives, resolve issues, and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable engaging with partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable to change while managing and supporting various initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive and demonstrates a strong initiative to oversee daily workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible in working both virtually and in-person as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

Compensation: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.45 to $70 per hour. Compensation is determined by various factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
