Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Inventory Analyst for the UBREAKIFIX Repair Operations Center (UROC) plays a pivotal role in extracting insights that inform strategic decisions and operational execution regarding inventory production, ordering, and stocking within UROC. This position requires expertise in inventory management for assigned projects, providing essential information to stakeholders for informed decision-making and seamless operations.

We seek a highly skilled analyst proficient in Excel and PowerBI, with supplementary knowledge in SQL and various data sources. A candidate who is inquisitive, innovative, and dedicated to delivering impactful insights will excel in this role. The position demands a hands-on approach, adaptability to evolving requirements, processes, and systems, and a mindset geared towards comprehensive analysis and understanding of broader implications.

Success in this role hinges on the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic environment, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate effectively. Analyzing and synthesizing complex data while collaborating with diverse teams will be crucial.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and oversight of processes to identify inventory optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate system settings to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, identifying excess and obsolete risk to uphold accuracy across UROC.
  • Manage data related to returns and explore avenues for better control and cost reduction.
  • Perform inventory-related research and fulfill requests as necessary.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of UROC to customize insights based on business needs.
  • Foster enduring cross-functional partnerships to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Support additional supply chain initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data or business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for problem-solving and achieving results.
