Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Inventory Analyst for the UBREAKIFIX Repair Operations Center (UROC) plays a vital role in deriving insights that inform strategic decisions and operational execution related to inventory management, procurement, and stock levels across UROC. This position requires expertise in inventory management for assigned projects, equipping key stakeholders with essential knowledge for informed decision-making and ongoing operational success.

We seek a highly skilled analyst proficient in Excel and PowerBI, with supplementary experience in SQL and other data sources. The ideal candidate will possess a curious and innovative mindset, dedicated to delivering impactful insights that drive business outcomes. This role demands a proactive individual willing to engage hands-on, adapting to a dynamic environment characterized by evolving requirements, processes, and systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and oversight of processes to uncover inventory optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate system settings to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, identifying excess and obsolete risk as necessary to uphold accuracy across UROC.
  • Manage data related to returns, identifying areas for improved control and cost reduction.
  • Perform inventory-related research and fulfill requests as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of UROC to customize insights based on business requirements.
  • Establish enduring cross-functional partnerships within the organization to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Support additional supply chain initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data or business analysis.
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • A natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving and achieving results.
