Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Inventory Analyst at the UBREAKIFIX Repair Operations Center (UROC) is an essential role that contributes to unlocking insights that drive strategic decisions and operational execution regarding inventory production, ordering, and stocking across UROC.

This position requires expertise in inventory management for assigned projects, providing critical information to stakeholders for informed decision-making and ongoing operations.

We seek a high-caliber analyst proficient in Excel and PowerBI, with supplementary skills in SQL and other data sources. A candidate who is inquisitive, innovative, and passionate about delivering impactful insights will excel in this role.

This position demands a hands-on approach, with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment characterized by evolving requirements, processes, and systems. An analytical mindset that encourages questioning, understanding the broader context, and considering comprehensive implications will be advantageous to the organization.

Efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced setting, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly, analyze complex data, and collaborate with diverse teams, are crucial for success in this role.



Essential Duties:

1. Conduct thorough analysis and oversight of processes to identify inventory optimization opportunities.

2. Monitor and maintain accurate system settings to ensure inventory integrity.

3. Track inventory levels, reorder points, and assess excess and obsolete risk to maintain accuracy across UROC.

4. Manage data related to returns and explore avenues for better control and cost reduction.

5. Execute inventory-related research and fulfill requests as necessary.

6. Develop a comprehensive understanding of UROC to customize insights based on business needs.

7. Foster enduring cross-functional partnerships within the organization to transform data into actionable insights.

8. Assist with additional supply chain initiatives as required.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

- 1-3 years of experience in data or business analysis.

- High proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.

- A natural curiosity paired with a passion for problem-solving and achieving results.
