About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs
  • Prepare documents according to established company guidelines
  • Close sales and offer exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system, including a final "walk-through" with clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or better
  • 2 years of prospecting sales experience
  • 2 years of outside sales experience
  • Lead generation skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Team building skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
