Bath Fitter is a leading manufacturer and installer of premium quality acrylic bathtubs and seamless bath wall systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with homeowners and provide them with a premium product solution. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding closing sales objectives, using proven selling and process methods, and adhering to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a complete and professional presentation of Bath Fitter products and services to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed closing sales objectives with appointments given by the company and self-generated appointments
  • Accurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists and forms
  • Submit all checks, cash, credit card information, and signed EOIs to the office each day
  • Maintain all sales presentation materials in top condition, replacing worn items as soon as necessary
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales experience
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent education. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
  • Willingness to follow lead generation programs
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving presentation materials and samples multiple times a day
Demonstrated Skills:
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with demonstrated ability/desire to perform in a fast growth environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues
