About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas, focusing on residential and small business accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs, and prepare documents according to established company guidelines.
  • Closing sales and providing exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security systems, and conduct final "walk-through" with clients.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of prospecting sales experience, with a focus on outside sales and lead generation.
  • Strong presentation and teambuilding skills, with a focus on customer service and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
