Automotive Sales Director

An Automotive Sales Director is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and promote strategies to sell new and used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have previous dealership and management experience, leadership skills, and a passion for training and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop sales team members to improve sales performance and achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share
- Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive sales culture
- Provide training and support to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes
Requirements:
- Previous dealership and management experience
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
