As a Sales Manager at AutoNation, you will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and customer service will enable you to motivate and develop your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the General Manager and General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
- Manage controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments
- Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in auto retail sales
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
