Job Overview

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE


Oversees and coordinates the maintenance operations of the healthcare facility to guarantee adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, cost management, quality assurance, and performance metrics.

Accountable for the overall aesthetic and functional condition of the healthcare premises, which encompasses carpentry, cabinetry, facility upkeep, painting, and landscaping.

Directs all phases of construction initiatives, collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and inspection teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, budgetary constraints, and timelines.


QUALIFICATIONS
All qualifications listed represent the minimum requirements necessary to execute this role effectively.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Minimum:

Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline or four (4) years of equivalent professional experience (2 years of college = 1 year of experience).



Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Minimum:
Valid motor vehicle operator's permit in California.

Preferred:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Minimum:
Proficient understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.

Preferred:

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum:
Five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Preferred:
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience.
