Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Strategy and Growth to join our team in this exciting role. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and optimize hotel performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities and develop comprehensive revenue management strategies.
  • Pricing strategy and optimization: Implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability across various distribution channels, including direct bookings, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate accounts.
  • Inventory management: Oversee inventory management practices to optimize room availability and maximize revenue potential.
  • Data analysis and forecasting: Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to generate accurate demand forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with hotel general managers, sales teams, and marketing departments to align revenue management strategies with sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required; master's preferred.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CRME, HSMAI, CRMP preferred.
  • Experience: Strong analytical ability, knowledge of financial analysis, quantitative analysis, statistical tools, and economic concepts. Ability to work both as a team member and a team leader to achieve results in a collaborative environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, proven ability to handle multi-task assignments, and independent management of multiple projects.
