Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - IA to join our team at Rittal LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial sales principles and be able to effectively communicate Rittal's product line to potential and current customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new customer opportunities and building relationships for revenue growth. They will work closely with our marketing, inside sales, and key account management teams to coordinate interrelated projects and achieve sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a company that values innovation and engineering excellence, with a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive business growth in North America.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new customer opportunities and build relationships for revenue growth.
  • Communicate Rittal's product line to potential and current customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and key account management teams to coordinate interrelated projects.
  • Monitor competitive publications and gather current marketplace information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
