Job Overview

Air Evac Lifeteam is a leading provider of emergency medical transport services, seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and closing deals through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
  • In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development of marketing programs and materials that support our sales efforts.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the emergency medical transport industry.
  • You should have a strong understanding of the local market, including its needs, trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with customers, colleagues, and leadership to achieve our goals.
