Job Title: Executive Leader for Sales Growth

New York Life is seeking an experienced executive leader to drive sales growth and development of our financial professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing a high-performing team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing teams. You will be responsible for actively selecting and recruiting new and experienced financial professionals, as well as training and developing existing professionals on our company's selling process and product portfolio. Additionally, you will monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
