Job Overview

Nexline Communications LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Sales Campaigning: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Database Management: Assist the sales manager in inputting information into our customer database, utilizing Zendesk CRM to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Nexline's products and services, including Unified Communications, Telecommunications, VoIP Phone/Network Solutions, and Voice Services.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Research and contact new prospects to identify potential business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Travel to meet with customers and partners, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
