Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve production targets related to scheduling, efficiency, yield, and labor management.
  • Develop and maintain a production schedule that aligns with customer delivery requirements.
  • Source raw materials to fulfill production needs while optimizing costs.
  • Evaluate current processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Play a crucial role in the SQF (Safe Quality Food) process, ensuring adherence to production and operational protocols.
  • Lead safety and training initiatives proactively.
  • Empower team members through training to enhance leadership during peak periods.
  • Manage budgeting and labor scheduling for the production unit.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, holding team members accountable for compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding operational performance and challenges.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance and all operational aspects.

Job Complexity:

  • Availability for round-the-clock support during peak production times to address any operational challenges.
  • Responsible for daily operational management, strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of equipment and machinery is advantageous.
  • A hands-on approach to management is preferred.
  • Cross-functional operations experience with a proven record of achieving business results in scheduling, quality, and cost management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
