Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Strategy for Face Care.

Travel Requirements: 20%

Compensation: $88,600

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Strategy Associate Manager plays a crucial role in driving the achievement of sales forecasts and brand objectives across the US and Canada. This is accomplished by developing strategic business plans that align with both customer and Kenvue goals. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the business planning process by generating analytics and insights to support marketing strategies, trade fundamentals, channel strategies, and Ecommerce growth.

• Communicating and coordinating key strategies and initiatives between field and internal teams to ensure alignment in a matrix environment.

• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement revenue growth management strategies aimed at enhancing both top and bottom-line performance.

• Guiding cross-functional teams in the development and execution of the 6Ps, analyzing trends, and translating findings to improve business performance.

• Influencing business processes related to pricing, trade promotions, Ecommerce development, and inventory management through collaboration with marketing, supply chain, trade, and finance teams.

• Overseeing trade-related expenses and evaluating BME activities to enhance P&L performance, utilizing systems to maximize trade funding.

• Creating assortment and merchandising recommendations for both physical and online retail environments.

Customer Engagement

• Facilitating regular communication sessions between internal teams and sales to ensure alignment on forecasts, budgets, and trade objectives.

• Supporting retailer business and new item reviews.

• Co-leading significant customer meetings with sales teams.

• Developing and presenting reviews for customers, categories, and brands to enhance performance.

• Ensuring effective execution of plans through consistent communication and collaboration with customer teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer sales, business analytics, or customer marketing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the beauty or skin health sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering persuasive presentations based on data-driven insights.
  • Capability to develop and execute project plans and analyze customer and category studies.
  • Skills in risk assessment and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Familiarity with analytical software, MS Office Suite, and database management.
