Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Communication:
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with management and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Facilitate team meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to all approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
    • Complete required training documentation and attend GMP training sessions as needed.
    • Maintain SOPs in a compliant state.
  • Safety:
    • Maintain a safe work environment by following all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
    • Attend safety training sessions as required.
  • Sample Management:
    • Create and approve product specifications in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) based on issued Good Scientific Specifications (GSS).
    • Oversee the overall flow and maintenance of the Sample Submission Room according to the new Sample Handling Process.
    • Receive and log all samples submitted for analytical testing in LIMS.
    • Ensure timely receipt of samples by the appropriate Analytical Team within the Sample Submission Room.
    • Manage sample storage within designated cabinets.
    • Collect and maintain data from Refrigerator/Freezer data loggers.
  • Stability and Housekeeping:
    • Perform glassware inventory management and maintenance.
    • Submit eMarketplace/Ariba orders for chemicals and lab supplies on behalf of Analytical, Stability, and RMC groups.
    • Login and logout general chemicals/reagents in the Chemical Management System (GMM).
    • Maintain column inventory.
    • Conduct monthly expiration checks on chemicals and reagents.
    • Provide backup for stability sample pulls and staging.
    • Approve stability protocols.
  • Operations Manager, Kelly OCG:
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of site branch payroll.
    • Provide first-level HR support to local/assigned operations/teams.
    • Process new employee onboarding and termination.
    • Manage worker's compensation and employee performance reviews.
    • Process Change Forms for employees.
    • Monitor and ensure completion of assigned program-level metrics.
    • Drive efforts to enhance Employee Engagement and Satisfaction.
