At Texas AirSystems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive - Air Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial and industrial HVAC air distribution equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and contractors to identify and meet their HVAC air distribution system design and installation requirements.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and inside sales support staff to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or related field, and 5+ years of account management and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
