Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies within a given geographic territory.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets by developing and executing sales plans.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to ensure high-quality solutions and ongoing account management.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.


• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex solutions with a technology slant.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Superior customer service skills and a professional attitude.
