Job Opportunity

iPromo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Research and recommend promotional products to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with clients to create customized solutions and meet their business objectives.
  • Enter sales orders and manage client accounts through our CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in promotional product sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
