About this Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Enterprise Client Development Specialist to join our team at Writer Corporation. This role offers a unique chance to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As an Enterprise Client Development Specialist, your primary focus will be on helping our Fortune 50-100 customers succeed with our platform. You'll act as the single point-person for customers, creating and driving their overall success plan, developing expertise as an advisor of best practices in developing on-brand content at scale, and project managing programs that will help customers drive adoption, business value, and renew usage of Writer.

You'll own the full customer renewal process, including forecasting, negotiating, and proposal creation. Your accountability will extend to Gross and Net dollar retention rate targets for your customers. In addition, you'll work collaboratively with Sales to introduce opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell, and develop new and existing relationships across your customers to ensure we've strengthened our partnership and created new advocates across the customer's organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously project manage programs that will help customers drive adoption, business value, and renew usage of Writer
  • Own the full customer renewal process, including forecasting, negotiating, and proposal creation
