We are looking for a Client Success Lead - Retail Marketing who can drive collaborative YoY growth and client adoption of new Skai features. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable growth mindset, strong empathy for customers, and a service-oriented approach.
About the JobThe Client Success Lead - Retail Marketing will be responsible for managing frontline communication with clients on a day-to-day basis, bringing value to every client interaction, and assisting Client Success Directors in driving client retention and identifying business growth opportunities.
Requirements- Demonstrable growth mindset
- Strong empathy for customers and a service mindset
- 4 years work experience including time in marketing, advertising, analyst, account management, or client services roles
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $85,000-95,000, plus additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai's attractive incentive plans.
