The Job Description

As VP, Strategic Customer Success, you'll be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, engage with customers, and take ownership of customer success outcomes. Your duties will include:

  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure revenue retention and growth.
  2. Engaging with customers to understand their challenges and goals.
  3. Taking ownership of customer success outcomes, including onboarding and retention.
  4. Developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
  5. Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Liaising with Product and Engineering teams to drive adoption of new features.
  7. Identifying potential churn risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  8. Educating customers on the ROI of EliseAI solutions.
  9. Fostering customer advocacy through client feedback.
