Job Title: Client Success and Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client success and integration efforts as a Client Success and Integration Lead. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure successful client onboarding and integration into our financial and operational systems.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and deliver services within agreed timelines.
  • Analyze onboarding data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to optimize future onboarding experiences.

**Compensation:** The salary range for this position is estimated at $145-175k plus bonus and benefits DOE.
